Carter Horsley's Review of The Chapin House

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, red-brick, 6-story building and is a cooperative with 119 apartments. It is named after one of the nation's finest private schools for girls, which is nearby.

It is very close to Carl Schurz Park and the East River, several private schools and a south-bound entrance to the FDR Drive at 79th Street. There is good cross-town bus service on 86th Street, but the building is not close to the subways." Read Carter's Full Review
