At the beginning of June 2023, CityRealty listings show 8,926 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The median price of a Manhattan condo comes to $2,471,314 ($1,817 per square foot), down 1.1% from the beginning of May 2023. The median price of a Manhattan co-op, however, continued its upswing with a climb to $1,067,996.

From May 31 - June 6, 2023, a total of 419 sales listings throughout New York experienced price reductions. A selection of notable listings may be found below, Please note that all quoted figures refer to cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.
