Prior to being purchased by Clipper Equity, some of the buildings had fallen into disrepair. However, renovations have been made and new features introduced like a 24-hour Quality of Life team and onsite maintenance and porter staff. The grounds also features a daycare center, children's playgrounds, handball courts, laundry rooms and parking garages.
