Park exposure shapes much of the building’s residential character. Columbus Avenue’s restaurants, boutiques, and Whole Foods are nearby, while Central Park supplies paths, lawns, the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, and tennis courts directly across Central Park West.
