In the second full week of July 2021, CityRealty listings show 9,658 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in core areas of New York. The Manhattan median condo price comes in at $2,258,808, or $1,774 per square foot, while the median co-op price is $885,906.

From July 5-12, a total of 288 sales listings experienced price reductions. This is more than double the number of price cuts from last week, and a full, sortable chart may be found below.
