"This large, 20-story, white-brick apartment building at 115 East 9th Street between Fourth and Third avenues was erected in 1964 and converted to a co-operative in 1982.  It has 260 co-operative apartments.

It was designed by Robert L. Bien, whose other buildings in the city include 1 East 67th Street, and 812 Fifth Avenue."
