Broker & Buyer Comments

Full time doorman, renovated lobby, renovated elevators, brick repointed in 2003, large laundry room, storage and bike storage.

Very strict. No pied a terres, limited subletting (2 years out of 5), no students. Parents can buy for children, but only if the children are working full time and can carry the maintenance on their own. 25% down and high maintenance. The building pays off their mortgage in 2008, and residents hope the maintenance will decrease at that time.

Right near the astor place 6 train and waverly place N/R line. Close to NYU. Heart of the East Village, which is young and
hip.
20 floors, 259 apts, post war, full service highrise, bike room , garage, laundry, storage

middle of downtown - between east and west. great proximity to shopping and restaurants throughout downtown.
