"This very handsome, 46-story, mid-block tower with metal piers with chevrons on its façade was scheduled for completion in NoMad in 2020 with 123 condominium apartments. 

The developer is The Rockefeller Group, which is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Estate and had acquired the site from Extell for $25.8 million from the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union in 2017. " Read Carter's Full Review
