Carter Horsley's Review of The Regency

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This red-brick apartment building called The Regency was erected in 1964. The 18-story cooperative has 148 units and amenities that include a full-time doorman, live-in super, laundry facilities, and on-site parking. It is pet-friendly.

This building has a one-step-up entrance, a canopied entrance with concierge, a garage, and sidewalk planters topped with spiked railings. It also has Gourmet Garage, an excellent food store, as a retail tenant on the sidestreet and balconies on its avenue frontage." Read Carter's Full Review
