Plans to convert the 5-story rental building at 460 West Broadway to 9 condominium apartments have been submitted to the New York State Attorney General's office.

The mid-block building has an excellent location in SoHo between West Houston and Prince Streets.

It is distinguished by its brightly painted brick facade that has fish and dogs and buildings swimming against a blue blackground on the third through the fifth floors. It also has an attracted peaked cornice.

The ground-floor retail space is occupied by H20+.

The building has a one-step-up entrance and an elevator and a fire escape on its front facade.
