Poko Partners LLC is developing two, 7-story, mid-block buildings on 115th Street between 7th Avenue and Frederick Douglass Boulevard with a total of 36 apartments, of which 6 are available for families earning between 80 and 130 percent of the average median income.

The handsome buildings are located at 237 and 247 West 115th Streets and are separated by two 5-story buildings. The development consists of 24 one-bedroom, one-bath units and 12 one-bedroom, two-bath duplex units with terraces.

The buildings have one-story rusticated bases and multi-paned windows and the top floor is setback.

Leslie Feder of Feder & Stia Architects has designed the buildings.

Poko Partners was designed by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development to acquire and develop the two vacant city-owned lots at those addresses. Kenneth Olson is president and CEO and Richard Olson is Chief Operating Officer of Poko partners.
