Sales have just launched, and a recent pass by the site between East 11th and 12th Street shows that construction has topped out at eleven stories high.
The first public availabilities start at $1.6 million for one-bedrooms and $3.28 million. The building's stacking plan shows that there will only be two units per floor starting on the fifth floor, and the top three floors will be dedicated to floor-through four-bedroom penthouses with private outdoor space. However, the penthouses have not yet come on the market and an offering plan filed in January 2025 did not list prices for them.
