A brand new residential building could be headed for Clinton Hill at a site that lies directly adjacent to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. Though permits have yet to be filed, according to a few Instagram posts made by BEAM Group / J Goldman Design it seems that BEAM Architects have been planning the structure for a few months now.
After some sleuthing on our part, we uncovered the project is slated to rise at 77 Hall Street at the corner of Park Avenue, adjacent to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway.

The renderings published both on Instagram and, correspondingly, on J Goldman Design's website, show a large, rectangular building with a colorful facade. The structure, supposedly designed by one of Beams' brightest architects, Adele Schachner, is characterized by a colorful grid of multicolored and multipaned windows. The coolest part of the design is that the structure's hues seem to change depending on view —showcasing four, equally colorful sides that can be standalone exteriors.
Though the initial design has undergone somewhat of an evolution via Goldman's Instagram posts, it is unclear whether the exact details have been settled. Nevertheless, we're impressed and eagarly awaiting more details to come forth.
