The co-living company known as Node offers living accommodations across North American and Europe in places like Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Seattle, Toronto, Dublin, London and Manchester. The firm helps to create thoughtfully designed co-living communities where residents are able to connect, meet, and collaborate both locally and globally. They have three locations in Brooklyn that offer furnished rental homes in a variety of layouts.
Node’s residents are composed of creatives, tech-savvies and entrepreneurs. Leases are offered in six or twelve months and the properties include a variety of features and amenities like onsite laundry, luxury appliances, resident lounges and even community events. Some properties have outdoor lounges, too. Node has community coordinators to act as in-resident gurus to provide information about the building and surrounding community, and will even help to organize resident social and volunteer events. All of their Brooklyn properties are located in Bushwick, a neighborhood known for a strong art scene.
