Over the past week, approximately 170 apartments were listed in Manhattan. These included 37 new condo listings with an average price of $3.28 million and $1,962 per square foot (all figures per CityRealty data). The most expensive new listing was for Residence #51A at Billionaires' Row mainstay One57, an extensively renovated three-bedroom asking $17,750,000.
