As of Wednesday, June 24, CityRealty listings show 7,823 sales listings on the market in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and western Queens. These listings show that the median price of a Manhattan condo is $2,376,076, or $1,799 per square foot, down 2.7% from last week. The median price of a Manhattan co-op is $902,122.

Rental listings show 14,456 units on the market, down slightly from the 14,881 of last Wednesday. Median Manhattan rents experienced a dip as well, and now come in at $2,800/month for studios, $3,420/month for one-beds, $4,396/month for two-beds, and $5,279/month for three-beds.
Over the past seven days, 217 condos, co-ops, and other sales units experienced price reductions, possibly in the hope of raising their profile as face-to-face showings resume. Please be advised that all figures show cumulative reductions and not the most recent price cuts.
