As fall begins and September 2022 nears the end, CityRealty listings show a total of 9,326 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses in Manhattan, Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. This shows a rise in availabilities from around this time last month, and the Manhattan median condo price dropped slightly to $2,460,338 ($1,851 per square foot). The median Manhattan co-op price, though, has gone up to $936,840.
