For the month of November, more than 1,100 apartments were listed Manhattan for a median price of $2.25 million for condos and $899,000 for co-ops. The most expensive apartment listed was a triplex penthouse at the top of Madison Square Park Tower, the tallest building on the island between Hudson Yards and Canal Street. The 13,060-square-foot home has a sticker price of $77.7 million, which would shatter the downtown apartment record if sold close to ask.
