New York attracts luminaries in all industries, and they in turn have embraced homes of all types from single-family townhouses to prestigious cooperatives to creative new condominiums. However, certain buildings have proven to be celebrity favorites for their prestige, rich history, and tough security. That was evident through notable sales and purchases from the last full week of October 2022.
