Public records list an LLC as the buyer, but Crain’s New York Business identified them as Nader Naini, managing partner at Seattle-based buyout firm Frazier Healthcare Partners. The publication also pointed out that Mr. Williams is making a profit on the sale, having bought his apartment for $3.1 million in 2005.
