Revealed: First Look at SWA's 309 Lenox Road in Brooklyn

Yesterday, Brooklyn-based design firm Samuel Wieder + Associates has posted a new rendering of an upcoming residential development at 309 Lenox Road in central Brooklyn. Plans were filed this past January for an eight-story rental building between Nostrand and New York Avenues. The project will hold 28 apartment units spanning about 20,000 square feet and an eight-car parking garage. Amenities will also include a bike room, laundry room, and based on the rendering, balconies and possibly an outdoor rooftop space.

The site, located in East Flatbush near its boundary with Prospect-Lefferts Gardens , is currently occupied by two single-family homes. Isaac Stern is listed as the property owner and Diego Aguilera is the architect of record according to permits filed this past January.
