Amenities will include a rooftop terrace, a multi-level fitness center, a recreation room, a children's playroom and bike storage. Pricing has not been announced but the current median rental price in Carnegie Hill is $3,050/month, a range that includes 173 rentals from the $1,800/month studio at 128 East 84th Street to the $100,000/month penthouse at 988 Fifth Avenue.
