More details have been revealed for the new rental building coming to the Upper East Side at 152 East 87th Street in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood. The building's official leasing website has launched announcing the name of the property - The Alyn - and that homes will range from 1 to 5 bedroom layouts.
Located between Lexington Avenue and Third Avenue, the mixed-use building rises to 19 floors and topped out last year. Commercial space will be located on lower floors and the building's 56 residential units begin on the fourth floor. On higher floors will be a collection of duplex units and full-floor units. Permits list the owner as Gordon Haskett & Co., the the glassy design is by Ismael Leyva Architects, and the website reveals the exclusive agent is Cantor-Pecorella.

Renderings of the building show an entrance marquee to the residential lobby and the previously released interior renderings show the upscale lobby has beautiful finishes and dramatic lighting. Amenities will include a rooftop terrace, a multi-level fitness center, a recreation room, a children's playroom and bike storage. Pricing has not been announced but the current median rental price in Carnegie Hill is $3,050/month, a range that includes 173 rentals from the $1,800/month studio at 128 East 84th Street to the $100,000/month penthouse at 988 Fifth Avenue.
