A new two-building development in Bedford-Stuyvesant has launched leasing. The properties are located at 1003 Greene Avenue and 1038 Greene Avenue. Permits indicate both buildings were designed by architect Karl Fisher and rise to seven floors, holding a combined 104 apartments. Apartments come with between one and three bedrooms, though current listings show just 2-bedroom units are available and priced starting from $2,292/month. They note the net effective rate is advertised, meaning a rental concession may be offered.

Interiors feature hardwood floors, high ceilings and some units come with balconies. Kitchens have stainless steel appliances and tiled backsplashes, and bathrooms have large mirrors and wood vanities. There is also air conditioning in each room.

According to listings, amenities include two rooftop areas; a fitness center; a pet spa; a screening room; a laundry room; a package room; a game room; a virtual doorman; a bike room; and a lounge.
