The Stanwix, a new eight-story rental building at 115 Stanwix Street in Bushwick, has launched leasing for its no fee rental apartments. The tech-infused development is the first Brooklyn building to offer smart home technology in every apartment, according to the property’s official website. The building has 130 units in a variety of layouts and Alexa home automation features include remote access to control lighting, locks and temperature. The Stanwix was developed by the Rabsky Group and designed by ND Architecture and Design. Leasing is handled by Nooklyn and current no fee listings show studios from $2,430/month, one bedrooms form $2,566/month, two bedrooms from $3,162/month and three bedrooms from $4,216/month.
Contemporary and modern apartment interiors have a warm, neutral palette and include red oak hardwood floors, expansive windows and the option to add smart window blinds, too. Layout options include two bedroom floorplans with one or two bathrooms, and also spacious corner units with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Open kitchens have stainless steel appliances, subway tile backsplashes and white cabinetry. Additional features include individual room climate control, private balconies/terraces on select units, recessed lighting and closets with double doors.
The newly-built rental is located at the intersection of Stanwix Street and Flushing Avenue near transit options, shops and services. Resident of The Stanwix have access to onsite amenities including several stylish lounges and co-working areas with comfortable seating, tables, whiteboards and private workspaces. It has a fully equipped fitness center with weights and cardio machines, a playful room for kids, a screening room and demonstration kitchen. There is bike storage, private storage room and also a communal roof deck with grass areas, seating and views of the neighborhood.
