Each home features a gourmet kitchen with walnut cabinetry, stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, and cedar stone baths. Units are outfitted with a washer/dryer bundle, floor-to-ceiling windows, ample closet space, and have terrific views of West Chelsea and the Hudson Yards area.

The 24-hour attended lobby features Chinese limestone floors embedded with fossils, reclaimed wood, riveted metal panels, and a pair of cast concrete benches shaped like Dachshunds. Other amenities include a move-in coordinator, a general manager, an in-home package delivery service, a resident-only Equinox fitness center, an entertainment lounge with a big-screen TV and an open kitchen, and pet amenity services by Dog City. Also featured is a lushly landscaped sun terrace with a BBQ area, perfect for entertaining and escaping the city's commotion.
Abington House is located at the boundary of the Chelsea Gallery District and Related's Hudson Yards super-development, where new retailers such as Trader Joe and Neiman Marcus are slated to open in the coming year. The building is close to Penn Station and the A/C/E subway lines. Both The High Line and Hudson River Park are within a short walk.
