The building's website says residents can expect an environment where "classic luxury meets modern style" and currently, the leasing team is offering special offers for new residents. Several layouts are available including studios from $2,450/month, 1 beds from $2,800/month and 2 beds from $3,250/month. All homes have 9' ceilings and random-width solid maple hardwood floors. Kitchens have a stainless steel appliance package from Blomberg, granite counters with marble mosaic backsplashes, hourglass-shaped hardware and Art Deco-style pendant lighting. Bathrooms are designed to be stylish retreats with features like custom black and white marble tile, marble-topped vanities, brass fixtures and wall sconces. Each apartment comes with a washer and dryer, and select homes also feature private balconies.
The building has nearly two hundred units and 40 are reserved for affordable housing, awarded through the city's housing lottery. Our blog 6sqft recently reported the launch of the lottery where qualifying New Yorkers may apply for 1 beds from $1,080/month and 2 beds from $1,223/month. The lobby is designed to make a lasting first impression with rich materials like oak, Carrara marble, onyx and brass. Amenities include a lounge and collaborative work space complete with custom fireplaces, as well as a screening room. The fitness center has weight training and cardio equipment. A landscaped roof deck is perfect for al fresco dining and offers views of Prospect Park and the skyline. The building has storage lockers, a part-time attended lobby, and concierge support through BuildingLink.
