Bathrooms are designed to be stylish retreats with features like custom black and white marble tile, marble-topped vanities, brass fixtures and wall sconces. Each apartment comes with a washer and dryer, and select homes also feature private balconies.
The building has nearly two hundred units and 40 are reserved for affordable housing, awarded through the city's housing lottery.
