Currently, there are 6 units available with net-effective prices ranging from $2,933/month studios to five one-bedrooms that start at $3,346/month. All availabilities are all no fee.
Every apartment also is equipped with sheer weave roll up blinds and select residences have terraces. The building was designed by the experienced Avinash K. Malhotra Architects and sports a dark grey brick exterior and stepped terraces. The building anchors the northwest corner of East 2nd Street and Avenue D and offers exceptional access to East River Park, the nightlife of the Lower East Side, and the restaurants of the East Village. The Essex Street station of the J,M,Z lines are a few blocks away, as well as the Second Avenue F station.
