75 Wall Street is as luxurious as apartment life gets. The rose-brick structure towers to 36-stories, its many windows offering gorgeous, 360-degree views of downtown Manhattan and the harbor. The building was designed by Welton Becket Associates and constructed in 1987, but in 2007 it was converted into the luxe residential before us today. On the project were the Hakimian Organization, Peykar Brothers Realty, and Gorjian Properties —with interior design by Rockwell Group, and Schuman Lichtenstein Claman & Efron (SLCE) as the architects on record.
The 346 apartments comprise the top 24 stories of the building, sitting atop the luxurious Andaz Wall Street hotel. Residents get all the perks of apartment living along with integrated hotel services including room service, catering, housekeeping, onsite parking, valet, laundry, and concierge. The hotel’s restaurant, Dina Rata, holds 60 seats —offering diners and residents farm-fresh cuisine and artisan cocktails.
