Located on West 21st Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenue in the Ladies' Mile Historic District, the beautifully constructed 7W21 opened in 2016 on the site of a former through-block parking lot. What now stands is the Morris Adjmi-designed 18-story tower with 280 luxury rental residences.

Apartments inside come with up to three bedrooms and select new leases have several offers including $1,000 security deposits and one month free. Current listings show studios from $4,450/month, one-bedrooms from $5,750/month and two-bedrooms from $9,700/month. The no fee listings are via Rose Associates and the full leasing details are available on the building's official website.
Residences have a contemporary interior design with spacious layouts and high ceilings.
Residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, oak wood flooring and excellent closet space. Fully equipped kitchens include stainless steel appliances, honed grey quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and polished Porcelanosa backsplashes. There are also Bosch washers/dryers and oversized bathrooms with floating vanities.

The amenity package is an oasis for residents and includes a serene lobby with a beautiful sunken garden and also 24-hour concierge. There is a fitness center with a yoga studio, a game room with a golf simulator, a children’s playroom, and a landscaped rooftop with areas to lounge, grill or host a movie screening.
Polished Porcelanosa ceramic mosaic backsplashes and stainless steel appliances.
The exterior of the building features a stone façade at the base, and then rises in two separate towers connected by a shared second-floor courtyard. It has expansive windows framed by terra cotta segments that were constructed by Boston Valley Terra Cotta and Façade Technology. Building critic Carter Horsley says, "With its deeply inset windows, angled mullions and four large central piers, the symmetrical street façades of this stone and terracotta development are very impressive as are its roof deck’s views of the fabulous Flatiron Building nearby."
