The site is between Driggs Avenue and Nassau Avenue and was previously occupied by a two-story commercial building and garage. The location is close to both McCarren and Msgr. McGolrick parks, and the G train is only a couple of blocks away. Permits for the new building were first filed in 2014 and list the owner as 392 South 2nd Realty and the applicant of record as Versatile Engineering.
