Renters can choose between the building's one- and two-bedroom apartments, though some of the property's 18 units are already leased. All listings currently offer a half month's free rent with one-year leases. One-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments start at $2,492/month, or $2,875/month for units with a balcony. Apartments are modern and have warm, welcoming finishes. They have hardwood floors, recessed lighting, large windows (some units offer floor-to-ceiling windows), and many have balconies. And New Yorkers will appreciate the space-saving custom closets with shelving. Apartments also feature top-of-the-line appliances including Bosch stainless steel kitchen hardware, Kohler sinks and tubs, and Waterworks shower heads and faucets. Bathrooms are bright and have custom wood floating vanities with drawer storage underneath.

The elevator building has a common outdoor roof deck, a laundry room, bike storage, and some on-site parking and tenant storage. The property will have a ground-floor commercial space and is located less than two blocks from subway transit.
