The residential units at 906 Lorimer Street overlook a leafy section of the 35-acre McCarren Park and some layouts have private balconies. There are two units each on the third and fourth floors, and the fifth floor is reserved a single residence. Interiors have hardwood floors, large windows, modern finishes and in-unit laundry. Open concept kitchens feature custom cabinetry, stone countertops and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher.
There are several shops and restaurants along Nassau Avenue and one block away on Manhattan Avenue. Popular spots across the street include bistros Five Leaves and Sauvage; nearby clothiers include Beacon's Closet and OAK.
