The Dupont is the latest building to come online in the game changing Greenpoint Landing master plan. The 40-story stands out for its height, vertically articulated design of glass and masonry, and an above and beyond amenity package than spans over 20,000 square feet. Approximately one year after leasing launched in fall 2024, co-developers Rockefeller Group and Park Tower Group announced that the building has leased over 90% of its 380 studio to three-bedroom apartments, 90% of which have partial or full-frontal river views.
Current availabilities are priced from $3,570/month for studios, $4,393/month for one-beds, $6,527/month for two-beds, and $12,833/month for three-beds. All prices are net effective to reflect up to two months free rent on a 25-month lease.
"Leasing more than 90 percent of The Dupont within a year of launch affirms the extraordinary appetite for well-conceived, high-quality apartments in Greenpoint" - Meg Brod, Senior Managing Director of the Northeast, Rockefeller Group
The Dupont stands out from many Greenpoint Landing towers by trading a red-brick and metal facade for a uniform glass tower with vertical concrete elements rising above a multi-story podium. Architect Gerner Kronick + Valcarcal says its use of Béton Brut (architectural concrete) was inspired by the 19th-century Greenpoint Glass Works that previously stood nearby.
All apartments are accessed via keyless entry and boast interiors by Brooklyn-based firm Workstead, whose portfolio includes luxury condominiums Olympia in DUMBO and One Prospect Park West in Park Slope. All apartments have oversized windows and vast majority have stunning views by virtue of its soaring height and position overlooking the waterfront.
Kitchens come outfitted with custom Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops and backsplashes, and panelized Bosch and Blomberg appliances. Bathrooms are finished with Botticino marble. All apartments have in-unit laundry, and select residences offer private balconies.
