Originally built in 1901 as a seven-story residential building, the post-fire reconstruction births a 10-story Beaux-Arts masterpiece. The 45 new residences, ranging from one- to four-bedroom units with some duplex penthouses, overlook Morningside Park offering an elegant and refreshing parkside living experience.
These no-fee apartments are now offering one month of free rent.
There are currently 15 available units starting from $2,980/month for a studio; $3,350/month for one-bedrooms; $5,000 for two-bedrooms, $5,775 for three-bedrooms and $6,775 for four-bedrooms. The layouts are spacious providing graciously proportioned king-sized master bedrooms and en-suite master baths. Apartments feature condo-level finishes such as smoked oak flooring, oversized windows, Bosch washer/dryer in every unit, thermostats for multizone heating and cooling, German Alno walnut cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops, and spa-inspired bathrooms.
The restoration was done by ND Architecture & Design who aspired for a minimalist aesthetic for the residences and common spaces. The building also offers indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as spaces to relax and entertain, including: professional concierge services, bike storage room, children’s playroom, lounge and library, and a rooftop terrace.
