Astoria’s The Grove, a new 62-unit luxury rental building, is officially 100% leased. Developed by Tsilo Group, this seven-story building was completed in 2015 and its units were on the market for less than one year. Modern Spaces led the leasing efforts for the development and credit its success to the large-sized units and the growing popularity of the neighborhood. The building is located on 21st Street near the Kaufman Arts District, and is only a few blocks from the Astoria waterfront.
This building offers a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedroom units. All residences feature washer/dryers, Italian cabinetry, Caesarstone kitchen countertops, and maple hardwood floors. LED lighting, tilt and turn windows, and stainless steel appliances are also included. Average rental rates in the neighborhood are $2,395 per month for a studio, $2,588 per month for a one-bedroom, and $3,393 per month for a two-bedroom apartment.
The Grove offers modern, luxury conveniences for residents like relaxing common spaces and proximity to transportation. Midtown Manhattan is just minutes away via the N and Q subway lines. For those who prefer to drive, there is on-site indoor parking available. Upon arrival, residents and guests are greeted by a virtual doorman and social lounge in the lobby. The building also includes a fitness center, bike storage room, and a rooftop terrace.
