Live at LIC's Hayden: These Majestic Skyline Views Could be Yours from $2,284/Month

Rockrose Development kicked-off leasing earlier this spring on their sizeable new rental building named Hayden. Located at 43-25 Hunter Street in Long Island City’s Court Square district, the location offers residents unbeatable access to Midtown Manhattan via the E and 7 lines and to northern Brooklyn via the beloved G train. The tower’s supreme location also grants its residents postcard-perfect views of the Manhattan skyline. Rising 50-stories tall, the building is one of the tallest in Queens and as such, photo opportunities abound, from its studio to two-bedroom layouts to the bevy of amenity spaces provided throughout.

Views to the west will feature all the great spires of Midtown, from the Chrysler and Empire State buildings to relative newcomers such as the Bank of America Tower and 432 Park Avenue. Long-term leaseholders will be able to watch the city transform from the comfort of their living rooms. Views to the southwest will offer glimpses of the classic skyscrapers of the Financial District and the burgeoning Brooklyn and Queens waterfront. Views to the east will offer far-reaching views of Queens that includes cherished icons such as the Whitestone and Throgs Neck bridges, LaGuardia Airport and Riker’s Island.
A new business district (and bedroom community) is mushrooming at Hayden’s feet and residents will among the first to watch it fully emerge. Despite all the development, LIC retains some the city’s premier art venues such as MoMA PS1, Sculpture Center and the Fisher Landau Center for Art.

Hayden was designed by SLCE Architects, one of the most prolific producers of residential buildings in the city. Rising from an oddly-shaped lot, the building’s metamorphic design greatly changes from different viewpoints. From head to toe, the building is enclosed in an emerald green-colored curtain wall, likely a nod to One Court Square next door (the borough’s long-standing tallest).

Currently, studios are priced from $2,284/month, one-bedrooms from $2,884/month, and two-bedrooms from $4,071/month. For a limited time, Rockrose is incentivizing new lease-signers with one month of free rent.
Hayden features a 24/7 attended lobby, a courtyard and two roof decks, one of which features a great lawn, outdoor screening area, and barbecue stations. Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art duplex fitness center, a yoga studio, a full-sized basketball court, a lounge, library, solarium, pet spa, billiards and a children's playroom.
