Leasing has officially launched at a new 44-story Long Island City rental high-rise. Located at 23-10 Queens Plaza South is the aptly dubbed 1 QPS Tower, a new luxury rental in the heart of the the neighborhood. From its amenities to its residences, the building offers a modern living experience many New Yorkers would envy. The debut listings also come with a special offer - two months of free rent. The residences have floor-to-ceiling windows and many units have city views. There is white oak flooring and interior finishes are in a neutral palette. Kitchens feature white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops and full-height backsplashes. Bathrooms have deep-soaking tubs, recessed lighting and pure white quartz vanities. Each apartment also comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

Amenities at 1 QPS are impressive and occupy nearly 16,000 square feet of the building. There is a full-floor rooftop pool and lounge with unbeatable city views. There is also a resident lounge with plush seating, an HDTV, a pool table and a kitchenette. The property is the rapidly developing Long Island City and was a project of Property Markets Group along with several partnering firms. The building was designed by SLCE and at 510 feet, is one of the tallest buildings in Queens.
