Hunters Landing was developed by Criterion Group, and Haak Architects designed the exterior facade, crafted the roof deck, and handled all interior and landscape design. The location of the building is where 49th Avenue and 21st Street intersect; the 7 train at Hunters Point Avenue is directly across the street. The waterfront Gantry Plaza State Park is about five blocks away and many restaurants and shops are along the way.
Contemporary apartments interiors have hardwood floors, large windows and stainless steel appliances. Each unit has ample closet space and a washer/dryer, and select units have expansive private terraces. Amenities at the pet-friendly property include an expansive roof deck with skyline views, a 9th floor terrace and indoor/outdoor lounges.
