The site was developed by Empire Capital Holdings and its facade features an outstanding mural by notable street artist Cryptik.
It is part of the Quarters brand of communities and the residences and shared areas are in a setting both modern and stylish, and the experience intends to emphasize both privacy and community. Room types range from 80 to 130 square feet, priced between $1,749 to $2,749 per month.
