Leasing got off to a strong start last fall, leaving only a small handful of apartments available for immediate occupancy. For a limited time, the leasing team is offering two months of free rent on 14-month leases. Studios are priced from $3,130/month, one-bedrooms from $3,940/month, two-bedrooms from $6,340/month, and three-bedrooms from $9,850/month. Prices are net effective.

The deadline to apply is October 23, 2017.

All 555TEN residents can enjoy wonderful city views regardless of apartment location. Eastern exposures offer spectacular sunrise and Empire State Building views. South-facing windows look out on the Statue of Liberty and downtown skyline. The northern views are of nearby, low-rise Hell’s Kitchen and the George Washington Bridge, and western exposures face the Hudson River, New Jersey, and stunning sunsets.
