Located two blocks south of the Empire State Building, the 42-story Tower 31 rises along the northern edge of the NoMad area of Manhattan at 9 West 31st Street between Fifth Avenue and Broadway, and features a distinctive glass and masonry façade that was designed by New York-based Costas Kondylis. It opened just over a decade ago with 300 apartments and some of the available units are currently listed with 1 month of free rent. Studios start at $3,150/month, 1 bedrooms at $3,950/month and 2 bedrooms at $6,895/month.
The residences feature floor-to-ceiling double-paned windows, 9-foot ceilings, white oak strip floors, ample closet space and are pre-wired for high speed internet. Kitchens have honed granite countertops, GE stainless steel appliances and porcelain tile floors. Bathrooms are equipped with a marble tub and oversized shower heads.

The building's entrance on 31st Street features a glass marquee and landscaping. It has an elegant lobby with a full-time doorman, concierge and mailroom. Membership to Club 31, the resident-only amenity suite, is offered for an annual fee of $750 which provides access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, lounge, landscaped terrace, and rooftop sundeck offering city views from 400 feet in the air. Club 31 also offers members continental breakfast served Monday to Friday from 6:30-9:30am.

Tower 31 was the first new construction high-rise from Simon Baron Development, and its interior common areas are from McCartan Design. Located in one of the most central areas of Manhattan, the building has easy access to transportation, shopping, restaurants and more. An added perk - it's about halfway between Madison Square Park and Bryant Park.
