Related Companies is now offering a special one month’s free rent for select new leases at The Westport. The Midtown West tower stands at 500 West 56th Street, 24 stories tall with 371 no fee residences. There are currently six availabilities: five 1-bedroom units starting from $3,215/month and one 2-bedroom unit for $5,755/month. Prices are net effective to reflect the concession, which expires November 15th.
Designed by the Rockwell Group, homes at The Westport range from studios to two-bedroom layouts. Residences feature gourmet kitchens with polished granite countertops and custom wood cabinetry and marble baths with pedestal sinks and deep cabinets. The homes also host in-unit washer/dryers.
The building’s amenity spaces, also designed by the Rockwell Group, include a 24-hour attended lobby, a landscaped rooftop terrace, a garden terrace with BBQ's, a fitness center with a basketball court, a fully wired conference room, and two private entertainment lounges. Related’s lifestyle services also include a move-in coordinator, valet dry cleaning, in-home package delivery, and special perks at select Equinox Clubs, including a waived initiation fee and free private sessions. The building is also pet-friendly.
Designed by Costas Kondylis and constructed in 2003, the 50’s-inspired building features a redbrick exterior with white stone accents and a paneled lobby. Situated in Midtown West just steps from Central Park, Columbus Circle, and the Theater District, residents will have access to countless restaurants, entertainment venues, shops, and transportation options.
