For a limited time, the building will be offering two months free rent. Studios start at $3,129/month; one-bedrooms start at $3,870/month; and two-bedrooms start at $5,271/month. All prices are net effective.

All apartments have hardwood floors, large windows with solar shades, and in-unit washer/dryers. The high-end kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances. Elegant baths have custom vanities and blue glass tiles.
