Part of the Liberty Harbor collection which includes nearby buildings 50 Regent Street and The Zenith, the new building is across the street from Jersey City Medical Center, adjacent to the Jersey Avenue light rail station, and a quick walk to the Grove Street PATH. It’s near Van Vorst Park and not far from the Van Vorst Street corridor where several new rental buildings have recently opened at 197, 198 and 207 Van Vorst Street.
Contemporary homes have open floor plans, oversized windows with solar shades, high efficiency white Bosch washer/dryer bundles, and a PTAC system.
