The 377 studios through four-bedrooms have interiors by Kim Depole, and red oak doors open to loft-like units with 10-foot ceilings, exposed spiral duct work, white oak flooring, and expansive windows with sound-insulating glass. Kitchens have Shaker-style cabinets with glass accent doors, granite countertops, and stainless steel Frigidaire Gallery appliances. Lavish baths feature polished porcelain Carrera tile, maple vanities, and glass-enclosed showers with rain showerheads. Additional features include solar shades in all bedrooms and in-unit washer/dryers.
