The remaining availabilities start at $2,727/month for studios, $2,970/month for one-beds, $4,322/month for two-beds, $5,633/month for three-beds, and $9,738/month for a four-bedroom penthouse. All prices are net effective to reflect a move-in special of up to 1.5 months free rent on 12-month leases or longer.

An attended lobby with concierge service and package lockers sets the tone for The Beach, and its extensive amenities package includes a coworking lounge with private breakout rooms, a fitness center with separate studio for classes, a children’s playroom, a library, a game room, and a rooftop lounge with wet bar and pantry. Moreover, The Beach was designed with a focus on the importance of access to outdoor space; its outdoor offerings include a landscaped dog run, a sixth-floor roof deck with multiple seating areas, and a landscaped courtyard with grilling stations, fire pit, outdoor pool, and sun deck.
The Beach also offers bike storage and parking for an additional fee, though it’s unclear why anyone needs a car here: The building is a stone’s throw from the Newport PATH stop and a short walk from the PATH, ferry, and train service in Hoboken, allowing for an easy commute to Manhattan and other parts of New Jersey. Closer to home, The Beach is directly adjacent to the four-acre Newport Green, the Newport Centre mall, the dining options of Washington Boulevard, a Morton Williams supermarket, and a Duane Reade drugstore.
