The LeFrak Organization has spent the past 30 years transforming the Newport section of Jersey City into a thriving community across the river from Manhattan, but has not stopped there. An extensive amenities package was designed to enhance life at The Beach both indoors and out. An attended lobby with concierge service and package lockers sets the tone, and amenities include a coworking lounge with private breakout rooms, a fitness center with separate studio, a children’s playroom, a library, a game room, and a rooftop lounge with wet bar and pantry. Closer to home, The Beach is directly adjacent to the four-acre Newport Green, the Newport Centre mall, the dining options of Washington Boulevard, a Morton Williams supermarket, and a Duane Reade.
