Construction is now complete at 533 Park Place, and now stands a handsome four-story building in Prospect Heights. The three-story building was originally built in 1930 and existed as a two-unit townhouse with a height of 34 feet. With Jeffrey Kaman Architects at the helm, the three-story structure was expanded to four floors, and now has a brand new exterior of soft red brick, with dark-grey accents and multi-pane windows.
The re-imagined building now hosts seven no-fee apartments, and for a limited time Town Residential is offering a special one month’s free rent for all incoming renters. Six of the building's seven apartments are currently for rent: two 1-bedroom units start from a net effective rent of $2,600/month, three 2-bedrooms from $2,750/month, and one 3-bedroom is priced at $4,750/month.
