Designed by architects AB Architeckten and developed by Astral Weeks, the contemporary seven-story structure houses 29 one- and two-bedroom apartments wth availabilities starting from a reasonable $2,100/month. Compass is handling leasing for the current no fee availabilities.

Apartments come with an in-unit washer and dryer, solar window treatments in living rooms, blackout shades in bedrooms, wide plank white oak flooring, ample closet space, and central air. Kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and quartz countertops.

The building is three blocks away from the 2/5 trains at Winthrop Street. Amenities include a Butterfly virtual doorman system, on-site parking, bike storage, and a package room. There is also a furnished roof terrace with a grill and refrigeration provided.

Back when the building was being developed, AB Architeckten changed the original design quite significantly, making way for a more elegant and clean masonry facade devoid of balconies.
