The prices are net effective and the building is offering a limited time concession of 2 months free on a 12 month lease. The prices are roughly in line with local median rents, which CityRealty listings show are $1,971/month for studios, $2,146/month for one-beds, and $2,916/month for two-beds.

All 68 units are reached by Latch keyless entry and feature luxury finishes, stainless steel appliances, and smart video intercoms. One- and two-bedroom units come with in-home washer/dryers, and select units feature heated bathroom floors and private terraces.
There is WiFi in all common areas, which include a quiet co-working lounge, tenant lounge, game room, fitness center with yoga/barre studio, and roof deck with grills. Additional amenities and conveniences include an Amazon hub and central laundry room.
The Sidney also offers a bike room and on-site parking, and its proximity to the Church Avenue B/Q subway stop allows for a 20-minute commute to Manhattan. Closer to home, it is only one block from the dining and shopping of Flatbush Avenue. Local mainstays like Prospect Park and Kings Theater are a short walk away.
