Renting an apartment in SoHo will cost you; it's one of the most well-known and desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan, it's the epicenter of high-end boutique retail, and it boasts the greatest collection of cast-iron buildings in the world.

At 91 Crosby Street, on a cobblestone block between Prince and Spring Street, a new collection of loft-inspired, high-end rentals have debuted inside a landmarked prewar building, priced as high as $29,500 per month for a triplex penthouse.

The collection includes six two-bedroom homes and two four-bedroom penthouses with private roof terraces priced starting from $9,750 per month. Leasing is being handled by Citi Habitats.

There are four types of layouts and each has unique spaces that can be personalized for various uses. The homes have oak floors, double pane windows, 11-foot ceilings, and exposed brick walls.

Layouts include one-bedrooms with a home office; two-bedroom units with two baths; two-bedroom units with two home offices; and the four-bedroom, four-bathroom triplex penthouse occupying the 5th and 6th floors, and also the roof.
