The elegant 64-story, glass residential tower at 111 Murray Street in TriBeCa between Greenwich Street and West Street is notable on the outside for its curves and dramatically flared top, and inside for its luxury residences with sweeping Hudson River and Manhattan skyline views. The condominium development conceived by Fisher Brothers, Witkoff and New Valley began closings for its earlier this year - and eleven of the 157 one- to five-bedroom homes are now listed for rent.

Among the building's many well-heeled buyers is Michael Cohen, President Trump’s former personal attorney, who pled guilty today to lying to Congress about the Russia investigation. As covered by 6sqft, Cohen closed on the four-bedroom condo for $6.7 million this past summer and listed it for rent for $25,000/month shortly after. Earlier this month, the price was slashed to $18,500/month and now the unit is finally in-contract.

For those looking to purchase, there are currently 13 homes on the market priced from $1.996 million. A five-bedroom penthouse is also on the market for $40,000,000.

All homes have entry foyers, white oak floors in a herringbone pattern throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows. Windowed kitchens have cabinetry by Molteni in cerused white oak complemented by marble waterfall countertops and Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Miele appliances. Master baths are located on the perimeter walls to provide skyline views from the floating tubs. David Mann of MR Architecture & Décor served as the project's interior designer and David Rockwell designed amenity spaces and the lobby.
The building’s amenities spread over 20,000 square feet and include a Turkish hammer, private dining room, 75-foot lap pool, sauna/spa with private treatment rooms, fitness center with movement studio, teen arcade and media room. Edmund Hollander Design Landscape Architects designed a surrounding 10,600-square-foot plaza to welcome the public and transition residents from the buzz of the city to their peaceful homes.
